Meet your Panelists

Kirsten Olivia Taylor : gifted actress, singer and songwriter. She has performed in 'Black Cop', 'Diggstown', 'The Book of Negroes' and 'Spinster' to name a few.

Erica- Meuss Saunders: A filmmaker who has completed several documentaries and is making a name for herself in the Nova Scotians film industry. An entrepreneur with a background in writing, Erica has written two books and has also worked in various positions in film industry On and Off camera.

Koumbie: Actress, Dancer and Award winning Director and Producer. She was nominated for 3 ACTRA Maritime Awards and her short film Hustle & Heart won Short Film Face - Off. Her next short film, Horizontal Concavity, won Best regional Short at the Bluenose Ability Film Festival.

Evelyn C. White: is an American writer and editor. Her books include the collection Black Women's Health Book: Speaking for Ourselves and the biography Alice Walker: A Life
