Cynthia Dorrington: Moderator. President of Vale & Associates Human Resource Management and Consulting , Immediate past Chair of the Board of Halifax Chamber of Commerce and Chair of the Black Business Initiative’s Board of Directors. Dorrington see opportunities for dynamic change in Atlantic Canada’s demographics and economic growth.

Ifeoma Esomwune: owner and founder Matella Event Concepts and Network for the Empowerment of Women. She is devoted to engaging and inspiring women and girls through educational events that build crucial knowledge, promote

inclusiveness, and develop self-purpose.

Allie White: distinguished REALTOR® in HRM through innovation, knowledge and diversity. Allie and her husband knew joining the industry would complement their family’s successful renovation business. By hosting Home buying Seminars, exercising her market knowledge, Allie will achieve her mission of helping individuals obtain generational wealth.

Nicholas Stoddard: Antimatter is that perfect balance of design, marketing and sales experience, with new tech, creativity and innovation. Dart Frog Events is an events management business that gamifies events using Augmented Reality and gamification. The goal is to create generational wealth for the community and teach youth about finances and entrepreneurship.

Yemi Akindoju MBA | President of Vanity Fashions Limited, a privately owned and operated Canadian company founded in 1989 and a leader in the fashion jewellery industry. Worked with Scotiabank and retired as a senior client relationship manager -commercial banking. Prior to immigrating to Canada , Yemi was a Senior Executive at Sterling Bank (Nigeria) Plc.
