Lori McCurdy - Feature Film Executive, Atlantic Region
Lori is on Telefilm’s Project Financing team which is responsible for funding decisions on feature films through the value chain from development to production as well as distribution and marketing. Her mandate is to develop and support feature film talent (producers, writers and directors) in the Atlantic region, primarily through investment in an annual portfolio of projects with budgets less than $3.5 million but she is also here as the primary contact for all Atlantic feature film clients and to help them navigate Telefilm and its programs.
Morgan Salter - Manager of the Screen Nova Scotia Content Creator Fund
Morgan Salter is the manager of the Screen Nova Scotia Content Creator Fund, a program that supports Nova Scotian creators by providing funding to eligible productions. In this role, Morgan enjoys managing day-to-day relationships with CCF clients, as well as the administration, evaluation, development, and delivery of the fund.
Jamie MacLellan - Manager, Creative Industries at CCTH Department of Communities, Culture, Tourism and Heritage, Province of Nova Scotia
Jamie MacLellan is the Manager, Creative Industries at CCTH, administering a series of programs focussed on arts and culture sector development, the advancement of commercial arts practices and the export of Nova Scotian creative products. Prior to 2021, he served as a Community Developer in the Culture and Events division of the Halifax Regional Municipality where he was responsible for municipal arts policy development, the public art program and the design and administration of funding programs serving the professional arts and culture sector in Halifax. Jamie has previously served as a member of the Creative Nova Scotia Leadership Council, advising the Provincial government on matters of cultural policy. He is a past co-director of the HERMES cooperative art gallery and a former board member of the Khyber Art Society. He is a graduate of the Emily Carr Institute of Art and Design in Vancouver and the University of King’s College in Halifax.
Linda Wood - Manager, Film Fund CCTH
Linda Wood is the Manager of, Film Fund at the Department of Communities, Culture, Tourism and Heritage. In her role, Linda supports clients in the Film & Television sector, managing the province’s Film and Television Production Incentive Fund. Linda has over two decades of experience in government working in the film sector.
